“On Sunday evening, March 8th, our cellar started flooding with water near the washing machine's outtake drain. Luckily, Domination Plumbing was able to send a serviceman right away. I wish I could remember the name of the plumber but due to the stress of thar evening, it has slipped my mind.
The problem in the cellar ended up being one of massive proportions because it was caused by a sewer line issue on the street. It was a very stressful situation, but your service guy went out of his way to make sure he resolved everything, including dealing with the local DPW and getting them here on a late Sunday evening so the sewer coming into our cellar finally stopped. He was so conscientious that he stayed until after 2 a.m. to make certain we were going to be okay.
We are grateful for his concern and his excellent work. He helped get us through a nightmare and his kindness will always be remembered and appreciated.”
